Product Marketer

Role Summary

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting ALLU marketing, sales, and business growth with product marketing strategies, market intelligence, and excellent content.

You will help with developing and executing a global marketing strategy for the ALLU product portfolio. You are to support by communicating technical value clearly and increasing brand awareness through content-driven marketing actions.

This is a cross-functional and international role based in Pennala, Finland. You’ll be part of a marketing team and work closely with sales, product development, and dealers. Your ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing content will be an essential skill.

Location: Pennala, Finland (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Technical Marketing

  • Translate technical specifications and features into customer-facing content (articles, brochures, case studies).
  • Collaborate with product management to align marketing content with product capabilities and sales needs.
  • Plan and execute product launches together with R&D, Production and Sales teams.

2. Content Creation & PR materials

  • Write engaging, technically sound marketing texts (e.g., product brochures, web pages, blog posts, articles, press releases, reference stories, and presentations).
  • Ensure clear and professional English in all content.
  • Create material for both print and digital use (e.g. brochures, PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, videos).
  • Efficient use of creative tools, e.g., Adobe Suite.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Help to plan and implement multi-channel campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, website, newsletters, online publications).
  • Efficient use of digital tools (ALLU uses WordPress CMS and Pipedrive as CRM).
  • Maintain and optimize content on the ALLU website

4. Dealer & Partner Collaboration

  • Support dealers with up-to-date marketing materials
  • Ensure alignment in materials and messaging to strengthen the global dealer network’s ability to promote ALLU solutions.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify potential application areas, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Support the sales team in the development of go-to-market strategies for new regions and customer segments.

6. Event Marketing

  • Help to plan and execute participation in trade shows, industry events, dealer events, and conferences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical, industrial, or machinery-related environment.
  • Proven experience in product or solution marketing, including content writing & design, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and turn it into customer-centric messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experienced in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and across cultures is a strong asset.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator (DACH)

Role Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting ALLU’s marketing, sales, and brand development, with a strong focus on the DACH region. You are responsible for implementing the global marketing communication plan locally, supporting the German sales team, and collaborating closely with dealers to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

This is a cross-functional and international role based in Pennala, Finland. Your work will involve travel abroad, mainly to Germany. You will work closely with the global marketing team, sales colleagues, and dealers to ensure consistent, bilingual marketing execution (English/German).

Location: Pennala, Finland (on-site with travel)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Marketing & Communication

  • Execute marketing strategies that promote customer loyalty, brand awareness, and satisfaction.
  • Support the German sales team with marketing materials, translations, and campaigns.
  • Maintain active communication with German dealers and their marketing teams.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Help to manage ALLU’s digital presence across agreed channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website).
  • Create bilingual content (English/German) tailored to the DACH market.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to analyze data and optimize ROI and customer engagement.

3. Content Creation & PR

  • Produce high-quality content for digital and print channels (social media posts, newsletters, press releases, brochures).
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Adapt global content to suit German market needs.

4. Dealer Marketing Support

  • Act as a key marketing contact for German dealers, providing up-to-date content and campaigns.
  • Guide and support dealer marketing departments in local execution.
  • Ensure brand alignment across all dealer activities.

5. Product Marketing

  • Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions with marketing materials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management, Sales) to ensure alignment.

6. Events & Trade Shows

  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, dealer events, and customer open days
  • Create pre-, during-, and post-event marketing materials.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product management, and other departments to support marketing needs.
  • Liaise with journalists, agencies, and partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Creative and hands-on with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across cultures.
