The ALLU Screener Bucket introduces vibration screening technology to hydraulic attachments. Instead of large, traditional vibrating screens, this compact excavator attachment achieves similar fragment sizes while also screening and loading simultaneously.

  • Extra Fine Fragments: The ALLU Screener can create the finest fragments in the market – just 6 mm! Whether you need to separate these fine materials from your end product or use them, this screener gives you versatile options based on your material needs.

  • High-Efficiency Vibration: The bucket utilizes high-frequency vibrations for consistent and accurate screening, with a rotating speed of up to 800 rpm for effective results.

  • Pure Screening: Specially designed for screening, this bucket handles various materials without crushing them. It’s ideal for dry materials like soil, construction waste, sand, and gravel, helping you achieve exceptionally fine fragments.

  • Exchangeable Screening Mesh: You can easily change the screening mesh to adjust the fragment size. Available fragment sizes include 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm.

Technical Details

The mesh is made from tough, wear-resistant steel, designed for heavy use and extended hours. The bucket is also engineered for ease of use with simple hydraulic connections and low oil flow requirements. There’s currently just one model of ALLU Screener available. Available fragment sizes include 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm.
