Demolition and recycling work is rarely an easy job. Tight sites, awkward logistics, and feed material that includes steel are the norm. The ALLU Concrete Screening and Crushing Bucket is an excavator-mounted screening and crushing bucket designed to process concrete and brick rubble right where it’s generated, so you can turn bulky demolition waste into usable material without bringing in a separate mobile crusher for every job.
Instead of hauling piles back and forth or waiting for a crusher slot, you bring the processing to the pile. Feed demolition rubble up to 300 mm, and the bucket crushes and screens continuously. With the right material and conditions, processing capacity can reach up to 100 t/h.
Steel in the mix? No problem. The ALLU Concrete Bucket is built for excavators in the 25–45 ton class and is designed to crush and screen demolition material in one attachment. It handles concrete, bricks, and large fragment asphalt (RAP) efficiently, even when the material contains rebar or other steel objects.
The ALLU Concrete Bucket is still under final testing and will be available in the market in 2026.

Crush concrete on-site – even with rebar in the mix
This bucket is built for 25–45 ton excavators, making it a practical fit for demanding demolition and recycling sites. It’s especially useful when site space is limited or the logistics of bringing in extra equipment creates more problems than it solves. The whole point is simple: reduce hauling, reduce double handling, and keep the excavator doing productive work.
Designed for rebar-contaminated rubble
Steel in the feed is one of the fastest ways to lose time on site. The ALLU Concrete is designed to handle rebar or other steel objects mixed in the material, helping you avoid constant “stop-and-clear” interruptions that kill production in real demolition conditions.

Concrete Bucket Models
The DHM-Series has one model, DHM 3-12. The first number in the model name is the number of drums, and the last number is the width of the bucket e.g., 12 means 1200 mm.

Ways to use the ALLU Concrete
On many demolition jobs, the Concrete Bucket can be used as a practical alternative to a mobile crusher, especially on smaller sites or locations where bringing in a separate crusher is inefficient or simply not possible. You can process rubble where it’s produced, so the jobsite stays simpler and the material flow stays under your control.
On bigger operations, the bucket can play a different role: pre-crushing and feeding a mobile crusher. By preparing the material with the excavator, teams can increase the overall capacity of the crushing line, particularly when incoming material has high fines content, where the bucket is designed to maintain exceptional production.
For asphalt contractors, the Concrete Bucket can solve issues with large fragment RAP handling. The ALLU Asphalt Bucket is a great attachment for handling lumpy and condensed piles of cold-milled asphalt, but the Concrete Bucket brings the needed strength to crush larger RAP Chunks.
Built for daily demolition work, with easy maintenance
ALLU’s design focus here is straightforward: build it for heavy daily work and keep wear part changes practical. The bucket features a heavy-duty frame structure with a 40 mm cutting edge and 30 mm side cutters, designed to withstand breakout forces of excavators up to 45 tons.
For the crushing drums, the bucket uses the latest ALLU technology in screening and crushing drums and blades. The bucket is a Variable Drum Screening Bucket, meaning easy drum changes, even on-site.
Different sites need different next steps – reuse on site, transport, or further crushing. The Concrete Bucket uses a changeable counter blade setup to control the output size, allowing you to target either a 0–50 mm fraction or a 0–100 mm product. That means crews can aim for the right balance of fragment size and productivity without changing the whole flow of the job.
