The double tank ALLU Pressure Feeder PF 7+7 NextGen allows for continuous feeding and precise dosing of dry binders, such as lime, cement, fly ash, or other additives in powder form. The PF 7+7 ensures full control over the binder feed which is one of the most important aspects on any soil improvement job-site.
The ALLU PF Pressure Feeder is a self-contained, two-tank, pneumatic 10 bar / 145 psi high air capacity dry binder delivery system. Since time is money, the two-tank configuration makes continuous mixing work possible, because you are feeding the binder from one tank while filling the other. The feeder complies fully with the European Stage V emission standards, which makes it possible to operate on any jobsite.
The computer-controlled feed enables the binder to be added very precisely, which reduces costs and increases quality on the job site. The same computer also provides job-site reporting in either numerical or graphical form.

LIME/CEMENT COLUMNS.
The ALLU PF 7+7 NextGen is a 140 kW self-contained mobile feeder suitable for working together with different types of deep dry mixing (DDM) machines. The track-driven feeder is completely road-legal and easy to transport on a low bed trailer making it extremely mobile. Fast setup on job site results in less downtime, and the large air capacity gives improved productivity.
