ALLU Transformer M is a versatile series of screening crushers powered by the auxiliary hydraulics of the base machine. These hydraulic attachments bring speed and efficiency to material production in quarries or mining operations. They help prevent clogging in hoppers, address challenges in material flows and processes, and can be used in handling frozen and clumped material piles.

For increased productivity and improved efficiency, the Transformer M series screener crusher buckets adapt to the processing needs and materials at hand. Various drum options (50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) mean that different particle sizes can be produced with high capacity ‘In One Step.’ The entire process is fully mobile and, in many cases, can replace traditional crushing and screening plants. As material processing and loading can be done in a single step, the material can be transported directly to the next stage without intermediate loading. This saves time, equipment, and money.

With the ALLU M Series, crushing and screening can also be performed in a single step. The appropriate crushing force combined with the right drum type allows the device to crush soft material while separating harder material from the mass. This can be useful, for example, if there is hard waste rock mixed with soft material or ore, and you want to separate them in one step, leaving the excavation site with the desired material only.

Transformer M-Series screening equipment is specifically designed for operations that regularly handle very large amounts of material. The attachment is designed to be mounted on 50–160-ton excavators and 30–80-ton wheel loaders.
