ALLU COAL

The ALLU Coal Bucket combines crushing, screening, and impurity removal into the loading pass itself, so the material is handling-ready the first time it's moved.

One Pass. Zero Double Handling

Every time coal is dug, moved, crushed, screened, and reloaded as separate steps, mines pay for it – in time, tonnes, and equipment. Coal seams carry impurities e.g. rock, clay, foreign material that normally require a separate crushing screening stage – and separate handling.

The ALLU Coal Bucket crushes coal and screens out harder impurities as it loads, turning loading into your first, and often only, processing step. No separate crushing stage, no extra rehandling, no tonnes lost to contamination downstream. With capacity of up to 300 t/h, you keep the process moving and get most out of the existing excavator or wheel loader on site.

Scales with the operation

Unlike with fixed crushing screening plants that are expensive, slow to build, and hard to resize when production volumes change, you can easily scale capacity with ALLU Coal Bucket. Ramp up? Add another bucket. Scale back? Remove one. No concrete to pour, no fixed plant to decommission, no stranded capex when volumes change – processing capacity flexes as fast as production does.

Back up and running in an hour

When a fixed plant fails, the whole operation stops – sometimes for days, at real cost per hour. Simply swap to another ALLU bucket and keep production moving on your timeline, not the plant’s.

Maintenance on processing equipment is often slow and complex, turning routine service into extended downtime. The ALLU Coal Bucket is designed for fast maintenance in mind. Replaceable wear parts and the Variable Drum’s quick-release design make routine servicing fast and simple, so servicing the equipment stops costing you production time.

Simple for any crew

Training a rotating or subcontracted workforce on complex fixed processing equipment is slow and inconsistent. No specialist plant operators, no lengthy retraining. If your workforce includes subcontractors or rotates often, the ALLU method is intuitive enough to pick up fast and apply consistently across every shift and crew.

Choose your output or change on the site

ALLU Coal Bucket utilizes three rotating X-drums that crush the coal to a specific need. The options are either 0 – 50, 0 – 100 or 0 – 150 mm output depending on the drum selection.

The ALLU Variable Drum structure with a two-bolt drum attachment system reduces the amount of steps needed for drum detachment and makes removing drums happens fast whether you want to change into another configuration or there is a need for regular maintenance.

MODELS

The DHM-Series consists of 4 models: DHM 3-17, DHM 3-23, DHM 4-17, and DHM 4-23. The first number in the model name is the number of drums, and the last number is the width of the bucket e.g. 17 means 1700 mm.

Special Product Features

The ALLU Coal bucket is engineered to help upgrade the value of each load and make processing coal faster and more efficient without the need for extra infrastructure. The design delivers high-capacity, extra wear resistance and easy maintenance to keep the operations running.

Supporting this performance is a reinforced frame structure that withstands impacts and abrasion typical in coal processing. The frame is built for longevity and stability. Up front, the serrated bolt-on cutting edge improves material penetration and protects the bucket’s lower structure from wear, helping to extend the service life of your investment.

The bucket has the Variable Drum structure, which allows for easy maintenance and drum configuration changes without opening the chainbox. This design simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. The drums are configured to produce either 0 – 50, 0 – 100 or 0 – 150 mm output.
