The initial launch from Allu includes three crushers for excavators in the 10 to 33 ton range<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Allu, the manufacturer of the Transformer and Processor material handling attachments, is expanding its portfolio with a new lineup of crusher attachments for excavators. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new heavy-duty range of Allu crushing attachments is purpose-designed to meet the requirements of the quarry, recycling and demolition industries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first, the global launch of the new Allu crusher series will see the introduction of three crusher models for excavators in the 10 to 33 ton range. All three models are designed to deliver ease of use, as well as optimize performance, while providing easy maintenance in the field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBy bringing this new product line to market we will be able to provide customers with what they have been looking for,\u201d said Jeroen Hinnen, vice president of sales for Allu Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Allu Transformer range offers unique productivity and efficiency benefits on soft rock and other materials, whilst the Allu Crusher range enables hard rock, and often troublesome demolition materials, to be effectively reduced.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reversible crushing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The new attachment series also features reversible crushing. This reduces the potential for jamming, blockages or obstruction when rebar is present, while delivering higher levels of production and reducing the need for any manual involvement in the crushing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well, the feed plate design is built into the jaw, which ensures the feeding function in a fully-loaded chamber delivers high rates of production with minimal risk of bridging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crushers are also designed to open like a clam. This reduces maintenance time, as it allows quick replacement of wear parts, thanks to ease of access, while minimizing risk to operators and maximizing productive crushing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For output size regulation, Allu built the crushers with a simple mechanical pin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the company, the pin makes the entire crushing process easy and safe with quick adjustment for various output specifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One-stop shop<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Alongside the introduction of the crusher series, Allu has also made advancements in its existing Transformer and Processor lines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the motto \u2018transforming the way you work,\u2019 Allu is focusing on presenting a one-stop-shop process enabling the screening, crushing, aerating, mixing and loading, all in a one-step operation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available in sizes to suit excavators and loaders from 8 tons to 160 tons, the Transformers facilitate the re-use of material on site, meaning there is no need to purchase virgin material, due to the recycling and utilization of left over materials and the generation of an income from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
