Pr&eacute;sente en Su&egrave;de, en Norv&egrave;ge, au Danemark et en Finlande, l&rsquo;entreprise NCC poss&egrave;de une vaste exp&eacute;rience en mati&egrave;re de d&eacute;veloppement d&rsquo;infrastructures. Son engagement en faveur de pratiques de construction durables l&rsquo;a rendue particuli&egrave;rement r&eacute;ceptive aux solutions innovantes pour ce projet &agrave; &Ouml;land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les projets de canalisations classiques, les entrepreneurs sont souvent confront&eacute;s &agrave; un d&eacute;fi de taille&nbsp;: il faut &eacute;vacuer les d&eacute;blais tout en faisant venir de nouveaux mat&eacute;riaux de remblayage. Il en r&eacute;sulte une op&eacute;ration logistique complexe impliquant plusieurs camions, une augmentation du trafic dans les zones r&eacute;sidentielles et des co&ucirc;ts mat&eacute;riels importants. Le godet DS4-12, plus grand, s&rsquo;est charg&eacute; des tranch&eacute;es principales des canalisations et a pu traiter efficacement des volumes de mat&eacute;riaux plus importants. Pour les travaux plus complexes autour des branchements de service et des tranch&eacute;es plus &eacute;troites, le DN3-12 a fourni la pr&eacute;cision et la maniabilit&eacute; n&eacute;cessaires. Cette m&eacute;thode &agrave; deux godets a permis de traiter tous les aspects du projet avec un maximum d&rsquo;efficacit&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quand un d&eacute;fi devient une v&eacute;ritable opportunit&eacute;<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au lieu de consid&eacute;rer la terre excav&eacute;e comme un d&eacute;chet qu&rsquo;il fallait enlever, l&rsquo;&eacute;quipe l&rsquo;a r&eacute;utilis&eacute;e pour en faire une ressource valorisable. Les godets cribleurs ALLU ont trait&eacute; ce mat&eacute;riau sur place et ont ainsi cr&eacute;&eacute; un remblai qui r&eacute;pondait &agrave; toutes les sp&eacute;cifications techniques. Les r&eacute;sidents ont b&eacute;n&eacute;fici&eacute; d&rsquo;une r&eacute;duction du trafic li&eacute; &agrave; la construction. Moins de camions ont en effet d&ucirc; acc&eacute;der au site. L&rsquo;empreinte environnementale du projet a &eacute;t&eacute; consid&eacute;rablement r&eacute;duite, tant en termes d&rsquo;utilisation de mat&eacute;riaux que d&rsquo;&eacute;missions dues au transport. La rationalisation des op&eacute;rations a &eacute;galement permis d&rsquo;acc&eacute;l&eacute;rer les d&eacute;lais jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; l&rsquo;ach&egrave;vement du projet. R&eacute;sultat&nbsp;: moins de perturbations pour les habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&Eacute;tablissement de nouvelles normes<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le succ&egrave;s du projet &Ouml;land montre comment des approches innovantes en mati&egrave;re de manutention des mat&eacute;riaux peuvent transformer la construction des canalisations. En choisissant le bon &eacute;quipement et en repensant les m&eacute;thodes traditionnelles, les entrepreneurs peuvent obtenir de meilleurs r&eacute;sultats tout en r&eacute;duisant les co&ucirc;ts et l&rsquo;impact sur l&rsquo;environnement.
