Espoo setzt Tieluiska Oy den ALLU PF 7+7 NextGen Pressure Feeder f\u00fcr die tiefreichende Bodenstabilisierung im Trockenmischverfahren ein, um schwierige weiche Bodenverh\u00e4ltnisse direkt vor Ort zu stabilisieren. \n\nAnstelle eines gro\u00dffl\u00e4chigen Aushubs und Bodenaustauschs verbessert das Projekt den vorhandenen Boden auf effiziente Weise und tr\u00e4gt gleichzeitig dazu bei, den Lkw-Verkehr, den Bindemittelverbrauch und die Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen in einem stark frequentierten st\u00e4dtischen Umfeld zu reduzieren. \n\nDie L\u00f6sung erleichtert den effizienten Bau der Riverside Sports Park drohten die weichen Bodenverh\u00e4ltnisse den Baufortschritt zu verz\u00f6gern. Aufgrund von Problemen mit der Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und der begrenzten Produktionskapazit\u00e4t entschied sich der Bauunternehmer, den Boden mit dem ALLU PMX direkt vor Ort zu stabilisieren. Dadurch konnte der Durchsatz von 40\u00a0m\u00b3\/h auf 75\u00a0m\u00b3\/h erh\u00f6ht werden.
